Offline play
A saved match did not resume
Close and reopen the app once. Career, Quick Match, and Pass & Play save locally. Avoid reinstalling until you have accepted that local progress may be removed.
A score looks wrong
Use the in-game Rules screen to compare the kept dice with the scoring combination. When reporting a possible scoring issue, include a screenshot of all six dice, the selected dice, turn pot, and displayed score.
Online tables
Cannot connect
Confirm the device has internet access, then leave the Online screen and reopen it. Private table codes use six characters. Check every character before joining.
Disconnected during a match
Keep the app open and allow it to reconnect. Online matches use a recoverable guest profile and server-authoritative state. If recovery fails, record the approximate time, mode, display name, and what happened immediately before the disconnect.
Invitations or matchmaking
Public and ranked matchmaking require the production online service. Invitation availability can expire, and a closed or full table cannot be rejoined with an old code.
Display, audio, and motion
Open Settings to change text size, high contrast, reduced motion, audio, and haptics. Riverboat Zilch uses portrait orientation. Report any unreachable control with the exact device and display-scaling setting.
Reset and reinstall
Resetting local data removes offline progression and preferences from the device. Reinstalling may also remove local progress. Online guest-profile records can remain on the service because they are stored separately from the app installation.
Read the Riverboat Zilch privacy policy for online data and deletion requests.
