Offline play
Career, Quick Match, and Pass & Play do not require an account or internet connection. Offline progress, settings, cosmetics, statistics, and saved-match data are stored locally on your device.
Riverboat Zilch does not use advertising or behavioural-tracking SDKs in the current release. Cosmetic dice and felts do not affect dice odds.
Online play
Connected features use a recoverable guest profile. When you use online tables, Riverboat Zilch and its service process:
- A pseudonymous installation identifier, stored by the service as a cryptographic hash.
- Your chosen display name and avatar.
- Guest-profile identifiers, session and connection tokens, and table or matchmaking identifiers.
- Lobby, invitation, match, command, reconnect, outcome, and match-history records.
- Ratings, wins, losses, draws, ranked records, and online achievements.
- Operational and security information needed for rate limiting, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service reliability. Hosting providers may process network information such as IP address and request headers.
Do not use your real name or other sensitive information as a display name.
How information is used
Online information is used to authenticate the guest installation, operate tables and matchmaking, restore interrupted matches, settle results, calculate authoritative ratings, display rankings, deliver invitations, prevent abuse, and investigate service problems.
Quick Fix Games does not sell this information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising. Service providers such as cloud hosting, DNS, security, and email providers process information only as needed to provide their services or as required by law.
Retention
Temporary session, matchmaking, websocket, and rate-limit records expire or are removed as their operational windows end. Expired invitation records are scheduled for removal after approximately 30 days. Match history and result receipts are scheduled for removal after approximately 180 days.
Guest-profile identity, rating, aggregate record, and achievement data may remain while the online profile is active and as reasonably needed for service integrity, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Local data remains on your device until reset or removed, subject to device backup services.
Your choices and deletion
You can play offline modes without using connected features. You can change the chosen display name or avatar in the app where available. Resetting or reinstalling the app can remove local data, but it does not automatically remove separately stored online guest-profile records.
For access, correction, or deletion assistance, email support@quickfix.games. Because the profile is pseudonymous, support may need reasonable information to locate and verify the relevant profile. Never send a password, payment detail, or verification code.
Children's privacy
Riverboat Zilch is not designed to collect a child's real-world identity. If you believe a child provided personal information through a display name or support request, contact us so it can be reviewed.
Policy changes
This policy may change when the game, online service, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when a material revision is published.
