Using the games
Quick Fix Games grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use a legitimately obtained copy of its games for ordinary personal entertainment, subject to the app store terms that apply to your download.
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, rent, interfere with, or use a game or service to break the law, violate another person's rights, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
Online conduct
For connected features, choose a respectful display name and do not impersonate others, harass players, automate play, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt matches, or attempt to manipulate ratings or rewards. Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect players, service integrity, or legal obligations.
Availability and changes
Games and online services are provided on an as-available basis. Features may change as releases are tested and improved. Temporary interruption can occur for maintenance, network failures, security work, store changes, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable Australian consumer law.
Ownership
The games, artwork, writing, software, brands, and website are owned by Maxwell Cadman or used with permission. These terms do not transfer that ownership.
Links to app stores or third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
